Acknowledgments are usually part of a bachelor / master thesis. It is a basic courtesy statement. Since he is not a compulsory part, it is entirely up to the author to include him in the work or not.

In a short paragraph (usually 2–6 lines), the author of the bachelor / master thesis can thank all persons without whose support the work could not arise. He can thank the head of the bachelor’s / master’s thesis, consultants, respondents, family and friends, or other persons who have provided him with background and advice or inspired him in some way.

The names of the people in the acknowledgment are always with a full list of all titles.

According to current standards, thanks are given for the title page and for the affidavit of the bachelor / master’s thesis and the whole page is defined (see the following figure).

The end of the page is inserted immediately after thank you (eg using CTRL + Enter). As a rule, another page with an annotation or abstract follows (see the following figure).

As part of the formal adjustment, the thanks have a simple title “Acknowledgments”. However, this title is not part of the automatic generated work content. Typically, “thank you” is a bold text with a font, such as 2 or 4 points larger than the normal text of the work. As well as the text of the bachelor’s / master’s thesis, the acknowledgment is written with a line spacing of 1.5 lines. The “thank you” title is followed by a paragraph of 2–6 lines of continuous text, preferably justified (see the following figure).

Thanks along with the title page, affidavit, annotation or abstract and content have the numbering hidden, it is the so-called invisible page numbering, but these pages are counted.
